DOMA Trading is located in the US and ships domestically, so you can be assured of timely delivery without any complications from customs or import duties.
All non-custom items are imported in advance and ship to you from our office in Tennessee.
Custom-printed products (e.g. pillows) are made to order and will ship separately from other products. US orders are printed and sewn in the US or Mexico and shipped from the US; orders to other locations may print and ship from Latvia, EU.
Most items will ship via USPS. On occasion we may use another carrier such as FedEx or UPS, and will provide tracking details accordingly. Estimated shipping times are calculated based on when the order is fulfilled, not when the order is placed.
We will endeavor to fulfill orders within three business days, but please keep in mind we are a small business and may occasionally need a little extra time. We will do our best to communicate any delays.
